RETURNS AND REFUNDS

croatiansportingclub.com.au handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.

Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 14 days of receiving it with a valid reason for return. Send a return / refund request to returns@croatiansportingclub.com.au with the order number and reason for return. If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased. Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in original condition. Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment. All refunds are made at the discretion of croatiansportingclub.com.au.

Membership Fees are non-refundable.

Returns

• You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

• To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in original condition.

• You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase with your item(s).

Refunds

• Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

• You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

• Membership Fees are non-refundable.

Shipping

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

• Shipping costs are non­-refundable.

• If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
